1. PHONE ORDERS: Please call toll free 1-800-521-7656 or 1-765-282-1593 to place your order. Your order can be paid for by Discover, Visa or MasterCard. Credit card orders must be shipped to the billing address for the credit card. We must verify this address with your credit card company, so please be exact.

2. FAX ORDERS: Please use our toll free fax line 1-800-486-1593 or 1-765-286-4184. Print an order form from the previous page of this Web site. Your order will be processed immediately.

3. MAIL ORDERS: Please fill out the order form. Please call for shipping price and exact total if you are sending in payment. Your order will be processed immediately if paid for by check, money order, cashiers check or credit card.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES: All shipping charges are the customers responsibility. We do not pay any shipping charges. YouI authorize Adsit Company to charge your credit card for any and all shipping charges, including call tag requests.

5. DELIVERY TIME: Most items will be delivered in two or three days. Truck and special orders will take longer. Please be patient, we are very quick, but we are not a delivery company. Ask your sales representative to estimate time of delivery.

6. CATALOG INFORMATION AND PRICING: While we make every effort to avoid errors in descriptions and pricing, erros are possible. Prices are subject to change without notice.

7. CORE RETURNS: Cores must be returned in the original manufacturers box. Core returns must be marked CORE on the outside of the package with a copy of the invoice attached to the outside of the package. Core return shipping must be prepaid. No COD's on core returns will be accepted. We will credit your credit card for the core charge amount the day we reveive your core. Cores must be rebuildable.

8. DAMAGED PARTS: All parts leave our warehouse in good condition. If a part is received damaged, call the shipping company immediately to file a claim. Damaged parts are warranted on an exchange basis only, absolutely no refunds.

9. PROBLEM PARTS: Items that are defective, lost, damaged or wrong will be exchanged only, no refunds. We will resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Adsit Co. will not be responsible for labor on defective, damaged, lost or wrong parts.

10. WARRANTY: Absolutely no refunds or returns. Our warranty is for 30 days on an exchange basis only. All sales are final.

11. AGREEMENT ON JURISDICTION TO DAMAGES: Adsit Company Inc. and Customers agree that any suit, claim or legal proceedings of any nature between the parties must be filed and prosecuted in Delaware County Indiana and shall be controlled by the laws of the State of Indiana then in effect. Adsit Company Inc. warrants that all parts are in good condition and working order. Any parts that are defective will be replaced. That Adsit Company Inc. liability shall be limited to the original price of the goods and that Adsit Company shall not be responsible for exemplarily, punitive or consequential damages or laber charges. In the event that the buyer fails to pay as agreed, the buyer agrees to pay all attorney fees, court cost, expenses and interest incurred by Adsit Company in the collection of all sums.
